Announcement of his joining the board of Cascade Natural Resources
In a regulatory statement dated 18 June 2026, London-listed Pensana plc announced that Dr Badr bin Dalhim Al-Hajri had joined the board of Qatar-backed Cascade Natural Resources Ltd and fully supported the US$165 million strategic investment Cascade intends to make in Pensana, accelerating the Longonjo rare earths project in Angola. He was quoted as honoured to join and contribute to the strategic vision, stressing critical mineral supply chains and sustainable mining.
